- The app is not governed under HIPAA as it does not provide medical care.
- We comply with GDPR and CCPA standards where applicable, including the right to request deletion or portability of personal data.
Account Deletion and Renewal Policy
- Once a user initiates the deletion of their account, they will be immediately logged out .
- Within the first 24 hours following account deletion, the user may log in using their registered phone number to renew their account and retain all previous content and settings.
- If no renewal action is taken within this 24-hour period, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. After this window, users may register a new account using the same phone number; however, no prior account data will be recoverable.
